Shipping Policy
B2B wholesale fulfilment and delivery terms for verified trade partners.
Scope
This policy applies to wholesale orders placed by approved B2B customers of QBX Global Holding. Retail or consumer orders are not supported through this platform.
Shipping zones
We ship to approved destinations worldwide. Available carriers, transit times and freight options depend on the destination country, order volume and product classification. Some markets require manual freight quotes before order confirmation.
Order processing
- Orders are processed after account verification, stock confirmation and agreed payment terms.
- Minimum order quantities and package multiples shown on product pages must be respected.
- Partial shipments may be arranged when agreed in writing.
Delivery terms
Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP as applicable) are confirmed on the sales quotation or pro-forma invoice. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customs and import responsibility
The importing B2B customer is solely responsible for customs clearance, import licences, product registration, excise or tobacco-related duties, and compliance with local laws in the destination country. QBX does not guarantee that any product may be legally imported into a given market.
Delays and force majeure
Transit times are estimates only. QBX is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, regulatory action, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Damaged or missing goods
Claims for transit damage or shortage must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery, with supporting documentation (photos, carrier report, packing list).
